Waiting
Kate Farrell
It is September 1997. Widow Edna Gould has angina which must be monitored and her new doctor is attentive and thorough. Despite the occasional setback, she is finding her feet, ready to sample new experiences on a scale compatible with her needs. She was born in simpler times; her life lacks what we might term as excitement, but then so much is in the eye of the beholder. She has such hopes. Waiting is written and performed by Kate Farrell.
