Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Venue 45 Limited (trading as ‘theSpaceUK’) for the use and sale of tickets. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase

  1. We sell tickets on behalf of event organisers, promoters, producers, artists/performers and other persons involved in the organisation of events (‘Event Partner(s)’).  Please note we are not responsible for producing or delivering the events themselves.
  2. All tickets are sold subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions should be read carefully before purchase, and any queries relating to them should be raised with us before purchase, as the purchase of ticket (s) constitutes an agreement of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Purchase of tickets from our outlets, including both in-person box offices and from tickets.thespaceuk.com, is subject to a booking fee, details of which are notified at the time of checkout/payment.
  4. Booking fees are non-refundable
  5. Concession-eligible patrons should be prepared to present proof of eligibility on entry to the venue or performance space. theSpaceUK may refuse ticket issuance or admission if concession eligibility cannot be proved.
  6. Please check your ticket immediately after purchase as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  7. Tickets are sold subject to the right of theSpaceUK to make any alteration to the advertised programme, cast, company or timings due to circumstances beyond its or the presenter’s control, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

Venue

  1. theSpaceUK reserves the right to refuse admission or at any time to request that you leave the premises if a patron behaves in a violent or obnoxious manner or in a way that theSpaceUK consider may cause danger or discomfort to others or is otherwise inappropriate, or theSpaceUK have cause for concern that this may happen.
  2. The use of recording or photography equipment of any kind is prohibited.
  3. Late entry will be at the Venue Management’s discretion
  4. theSpaceUK can accept no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any personal property of users of the venue or services
  5. Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the Event. 

Refunds

  1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless a show has been cancelled or the time of the show changes by more than 1 hour, or if the date of the show changes. In this event, we shall attempt to notify you and we will normally reimburse you upon request for the price of the tickets, or exchange them for another performance.
  2. Lost or stolen tickets are non-refundable, and no duplicate tickets will be issued.
  3. Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the Tickets and are made using the same method as was used to purchase the Tickets

Resale of tickets

  1. You may not resell or transfer a ticket if prohibited by law. Any resale or transfer (or attempted resale or transfer) of a ticket in breach of the applicable law is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket, and no refund or exchanges will be made on that ticket afterwards.

General

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘Force Majeure’ means any cause beyond our control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lockout, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments. We will not be liable to you for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.

  3. These conditions shall be governed by English Law.
