A long, long time ago, in a fairy-tale kingdom called the Nicola Empire, the young Prince Nicholas was a clever, innocent and sensitive child with an unconventional head shaped like buttocks. After the death of the king, Queen Sophie, fearing her son would be ridiculed by others, issued a No Laughing decree.
